It's not just this site.

Seeing how easy it is for people to fall for fake Twitter accounts, fake Shaderoom/MTO/TMZ headline generators, and A.I. and how quick they are to run with it without any research lets me know that hope for credible information may be lost.

These narratives get repeated on podcasts without info and then those clips spread without any follow-up or retraction...and the retractions/corrections are never as loud as the misinformation.

It's all fukked up.

It was a project by a child actor who was very passionate about acting. All of his training prepared him for what would be the greatest acting role of his life, the character named ‘Drake’.

Not a Drake fan but I recognize his string of hits. It's actually one of the more amazing runs in Hip Hop(?) with plenty of quality offerings.

Pretty decent battle track record too, but he got smoked most recently.

JZ used sambo imagery in one of his best videos/songs. He was rightly hailed for it. And it was dope.

Hollywood Shuffle. KMD Black b*stards album (group MF Doom started in when he was Zev Love X). Little Brother The Minstrel Show album. Bamboozled.

Black artists have long used that sambo blackface imagery to comment on society.

I didn't take time to research the Drake image, but I figured it was suppose to be commentary, not a legit, serious desire to wear blackface.

I mean.. how would that even work if someone was seriously promoting blackface in the new millennium? Makes no sense from the POV of Drake being an overt racist.
