I used to refuse to listen to that song too without listening to that long ass intro on the track before it....just the buildup, waiting for the beat to drop was intense.

But go back and listen to songs like "Born to MC" and you will realize why people may not have thought Jemini was a good rapper. People who never heard Brooklyn Kids, or anything else from Scars and Pain.

I actually just had a conversation about this two weeks ago. Someone saw a copy of The Grey Album on my desk and mentioned Danger Mouse's early career....they said something about Ghetto Pop Life and how it was ruined by some terrible rapper. I informed them to go home and download Scars and Pain immediately. Would have just given them my copy if I had it on me. Classic EP imo
