Why did most artists stop doing deluxe albums?

I remember a few years ago, in order to prop up streaming numbers, every artist did a deluxe a week after the original was released.
Now it exists, but a lot less common.
Why did it stop?

maybe streaming requirements changed, and it doesn't count? like how they stopped counting bundles or whatever

Putting out more product for less profit?
