I'm reading the responses and people acting like being mad at kicks, wasn't a real thing. nikkas was throwing HANDS. It didn't even have to be said. It was already established, when you agreed to a fight, that y'all would be throwing punches and maybe some light wrestling. nikkas was not kicking, leg kicking, jump kicking, doing holds, submissions, bending limbs... None of that. Of course until it went too far, and then people either jumping in to stop it, or jumping in to fight.. But it always began with the hands

Folks be so tied to traditions and ideologies they were taught by some nikkas in a neighborhood. If there are agreed upon rules of engagement (like punches only lol) with folks standing around willing to break it up so no one dies or gets seriously hurt then that’s not a real self preservation situation. It’s essentially a ”match.” Its a sport/competition. A “fair one.” Most situations like that are actually totally avoidable depending on how your ego is set up. If you’re in an unfamiliar setting with an unfamiliar opponent you would be a fool to assume he adheres to the same ideologies that you do and that there are mutually agreed upon rules of combat engagement. Kinda silly.

Bunch of dumb nikka babble right here. First of all, cats acting like "hands only" was the default everywhere dont know what the fukk theyre talking about. Secondly, anyone who actually got or gets down knows theres no fukking rules in street fights, you do what you gotta do to win. If anything, a lot of yall nikkas are on here faking the funk and just repeating the same stupid fukk shyt you hear from other dumbass nikkas to try and look cool. Another way I know nikkas is full of shyt is cuz I know for a FACT traditional martial arts was BIG amongst blacks from about the 60s thru 80s, then started to die out as boxing became more prevalent due to the fact that there was a way to cash in far as competition goes. THAT is the only reason nikkas started talking that hands only shyt cuz from that point till nikkas started getting hip to MMA, hands is all they knew, and anything else was seen as an unfair advantage. Cut the fukking bullshyt acting like the shyt was some sort of honor system or barometer of manhood cuz we all know majority of street fights are never fair anyways. Yall nikkas full of shyt on here, are mentally stunted far as fight knowledge goes and for some reason take pride in the shyt. Yall sound like the same dumbass nikkas who clown folks for being educated over ignorant. Imagine being proud of having a limited skillset as a fighterTHIS!!!

Just shut the fukk up, seriously. nikkas been fukking with martial arts, from karate, to kenpo, various kung fu, even all the way to 52 blocks/jailhouse rock. nikkas just need to admit they were trash at fighting and be done with the shyt. Thats why many inner city blacks are jumping on the MMA wave also now anyways because 1. Theres money in it and 2. This generation is finding out again youll be food in this world if you leave your block talking that "hands only" shyt. The longer you take to put someone in a hold, the more desperate they get so that shyt needs to happen quickly. Nothing worse than losing a fight you were winning, because a nikka did some dirty shyt to reverse whatever Ken Shamrock shyt you were trying to pull off.
