I am sure this was the same in other places but I know for a fact in NYC if you grew up in the early 90s late 80s you slapped boxed outside or ran into someone who did some version of 52 blocks.

In the 70s alot of brothers was into boxing and martial arts.

Far as I'm concerned, if you get kicked in a fight, you had it coming. There are no rules in fighting TBH. When you violate somebody enough to where they want to strike you, you don't get a say as to how they go about responding to your violation.

No, it's when you kick/stomp someone in the face/head when they are already down, defenseless, unconscious etc.

I am by no means a fighter/one who wants smoke, but I understand that when people get pushed too far, they tend to go too far.

If that's a kick? So be it.
If that's a bite? So be it.
Nut shot? So be it.
Choking? So be it.
Propping somebody up so you can slam a car door on them? So be it.
Gun/weapon? I don't respect it if it's supposed to be about hands, but there are no rules to street fighting. So be it.

I’m sorry but in 2023 I have absolutely zero decorum if I have to defend myself in a street fight. What I mean is I’m probably going to do the most dirty shyt possible to make sure this person at least regrets ever partaking in the interaction.

If I have something that can stab, I’m stabbing..

This is just after living 35 years on earth and realizing the only fights I ever came out uninjured in were the ones where I was being a complete POS and not fighting fair. I fight similar to how Asians fight in those Chinese restaurant brawls.
