Why did Rotten Apple flop so bad?

g unit popularity was waning and the eminem produced lead single sucked. it wasnt a bad album at all. he was less stiff. i liked him more as a rapper on rotten apple.

G-Unit was about done but that whole new york mixtape punch line style of rapping also started to fade.

It's been long enough where he could make a slight little come back but I don't know. He's the last person on G-Unit to have a legit hit with Beamer, Benz or Bentley.

Na, it just got appropriated by the south.

Hardly anybody gave a real answer on the first page.

It flopped cause the leaked version was far better than what ended up coming out. Plus, the leadoff single was an Eminem-produced “club banger” in 2006.

To answer the question, Rotten Apple was rushed and Banks didn't really feel that enthusiastic about it since his Dad died.
