Thing is that treatment of HIV is so much better than it used to be that you live a full and healthy life with it as long as you take medicine. The medicine is to a point where you can theoretically get your viral count so low that even if you are HIV+ you can, again theoretically not that you should, have unprotected sex and not spread it.

The only way to get AIDs these days is to be totally negligent or have no access to drugs in any form to fight it.

But it's ravaging communities of poor people who don't have access to regular health care, much less treatment for a deadly disease.
I'm happy to see Magic Johnson alive and well, but I always assumed that his wealth gave him access to medicine and treatment that 99% of people don't have.

While sex is one of the greatest feelings in the world, it can also be one of the worse aftermaths as well.


On a side note tho I feel like people who have nothing going for themselves in life basically nothing to lose are the main ones who become infected, because as I stated in the aforementioned they have nothing to lose AKA RISK TAKERS.
