It wasn't a sneak diss. He actually says, "me getting beat down, thats ludicrous (Ludacris)". That beef goes back before Luda and T.I. were even known rappers. From my understanding, it stems from Luda's dj days. According to T.I., it started from tension between people in Luda's crew and T.I.'s crew. Things were said and they instigated until T.I. and Luda were beefin. I think Luda said the same thing.
