You are mischaracterizing his argument because Tariq knows he too is an African hence why he talks about the spirit of Ogun and Shango. But he is simply repping his specific tribe which is Foundational Black American/African-American and putting them first as too many other tribes have come over to the USA and allied with our enemy aka White Supremacy.
