I couldn't stop watching The Matrix back in the 99; shyt was too piff.
Word and that mansion fight, running through the mansion, then on the freeway sequence was action movies heaven.
2 & 3 are awful. There is no "they aren't as bad as people have made them out to be, still good, just not as good as the first" appeal to those last 2 movies. They are just awful. Although that is subjective, the reality is that the this shyt is awful crowd outweighs the crowd that believe they were decent flicks
The franchise was like a joy ride that had a terrible accident, your driving down a beautiful road Sunshine, fresh air, beautiful scenery but then this 
old ass nikka who shouldn't be driving on the road at his age, abruptly runs into you sideways
