Why did they make Blacklist into such a goofy show?

i seriously think the big networks will go bankrupt when the baby boomers starting dying or people get sick of procedural crime shows. CSI, NCIS, law and order etc are the bread and butter of the networks. all the other shyt they come up with now arehannibal is one of the few gems left
Aren't webseries starting to get picked up by big networks? That would be a move I'd make I think. Putting some serious funding behind some shows. Maybe a few acting coaches or something.

The show has been pretty middling with only Spader's performance being worth tuning in for but I do have to give last night's episode proofs for actually delivering on some of the promise of this show.
I think a lot of the credit for that can go to Joe Carnahan who wrote bad directed last nights episode as well as next weeks conclusion.

On some real shyt, though........we gonna act like they didn't just turn Keen into John McClane for an episode......even down to not having shoes?
Also, ole girl went from being scared to even pull her gun a couple of episodes ago to catching bodies like it was nothing in this one. I like the show, but it's pretty clear that all th diferwnt writers have ther own idea of how to write the main character, ans they're all different. The only character with any real consistency is Red, because that seems to be the only one with a clear directive on where he's going.

I had to roll my eyes at Keen going all action hero but I have always considered her the weakest part of this show from the beginning.

I think the show is dope, but why aren't these multinational criminals noticing that anytime Reddington comes around people get arrested? all these people still doin business w. him w. no fux given. There's only so long the show can stay on this path.
