If we are able to weaponize then.. short term of existing??? You could decimate a planet..then just clean up existing infrastructure.
Breh look at history. All the bio and chemical weapons used in WWI? Nukes? We made nuclear artillery shells. They WANTED to use that shyt in conventional war. It was just something new that they wanted to try out, the militaly spends billions in a bunch of shyt that they don't end up using, he probably wanted to see if they could drop it in secret into an enemy country and let nature take it's course, a Xenomorph could decimate an entire population without the need to start a war.
