I swear the net will do anything to make Hogan look like some evil politician. First of all, that bs with Hogan laying down to Sting was Russo booking, not a real thing.

Secondly, did y'all forget Hogan's entire 2002 run when he jobbed to not only the Rock but Kurt Angle, Undertaker, and a BRAND NEW Brock Lesnar as well? Let's face it, by 2002 Austin was having a terrible year. It doesn't take a genius to figure out that Austin's head wasn't in the right place and he probably turned it down. Can't hold it against Stone Cold tho cause everyone has terrible years.

Personally, I thought Hogan was awesome in 2002. He was swaggin to Voodoo Child and rockin the red and yellow, was beating the shyt out of Undertaker and won the Undisputed title off Triple H.

because austin's a mark and didnt wanna do a job, same reason he left after that lesnar shyt
austin wanted to build to a payday, thats why he left, as opposed to just an unannounced match on Raw with no program between the two......

and its kinda the same reason why WM 8 wasnt hogan/flair, like it shoulda been....(although they claim it was cause they didnt have "chemistry" and couldnt work together etc...which is bullshyt....woulda been the biggest match since Hogan/Andre at that point....)

in otherwords, neither guy would prob do the job ( I think WWE would want Austin to win, and hogan prob wouldnt do it)
