Why did Xbox One & PS4 Launch with such weak titles ?

To date there are barely 5 great games worth playing on each system.

PS always launched with Tekken, 1 racing game, 1 platform gamer
Xbox always lauched with Halo and DOA, 1 racing game etc

To date besides GTA, Fifa, what are people really playing on these systems cos 2 years in and I aint got shyt to play.

Because reasons breh. Devs were still making last gen versions to cover their ass while getting familiar with the new hardware and shyt.

Worst gen ever so far. This is the very first time I haven't owned at least one of the consoles released. Its sad cause I can still remember going half on the SNES with my sister.

Pretty easily. It's called playing at a friends house. You get the experience without having to buy it yourself. People were so wrapped up in the idea that they'd see higher resolutions and prettier graphics...I guess they just took it for granted that they'd actually get more actual exclusives. God knows there's nothing like rehashed games and indies on brand new consoles
