And hell no, no disrespect, but him getting killed did more for his music/name than him being alive could've. No one put Mac dre on a pedestal in the bay before that, he wasn't the dude you shouted out in a song or name dropped as the name to know from that region. Most folks never heard a Mac dre song outside of "raining game"/"2 hard for the radio" on the radio before he got killed. Dude definitely got a bump in popularity and/or importance in his death.

Go watch the beginning of the Ludacris video "Get Back," released just a week after Mac Dre passed. Luda was clearly dissing MD. The inevitable war of words (on wax) between the two that would have ensued would have vaulted Mac Dre into elite status.

Lol...

Amber London :wow:
Dom Kennedy...that chill ass rapper that no one can hate isn't present in the mainstream, the lane is wide open
Cory Gunz...I was never into him, but he seemed to have a strong buzz
:snoop: this fool dom stay releasing stuff in the winter/fall.
Breh released Get Home Safely at the wrong time. That shoulda blew him up. Him being from cali and having that feel good/laid back music...he should only drop spring/summer
