CD just didn't have the strong follow up needed after Born to Do It, happens all the time - Lloyd, j holiday, lyte Jennings, Ciara, Keri hilson, etc.

2nd album was trash, that's why. I wasn't a Craig David fan but my brother was. Dude was HUGE. To say he didn't go mega is hilarious, because that's exactly what happened. He just fell off almost instantly. Even his fans knew he was done. I also wouldn't surprised if other RnB cats weren't duping his style/appeal which led to David exiting the game earlier than he probably intended.
