In a completely unrelated incident out in LA, Common said Joe saved him from an altercation with Mack 10's homies. He said Joe was like "Nah, not on my watch."

The thing about that story is that Mack 10 and Common both came out and confirmed it, lol.

Common told the story exactly how Joe did, line for line. They were labelmates, and Common used to be in Joe's videos back then too. So they got wild cool. And Mack 10 and Joe got close too, so Mack 10 said Joe was like his "brother" and he wanted to make sure not to step over a line. Common said he was with his pops and Mack 10 was about to run up on him at the Gavin convention, but he missed him. But later, Fat Joe made the call and said, "No one touches Common" and Mack 10 fell back.

Joe be on some mafia sh*t. The real ones know.
