Milly Rock popped regionally...it was a huge song in NYC this summer.

Nobody knows these 2Milly dudes, they didn't sign a deal so don't have major label push and the remix had fukking Maino on it when a French or Fabolous feature could had did more for that song.

there's lots of reasons why generic songs like "Hot nikka" and "Milly Rock" pop or don't pop, and few have anything to do with the quality of the song.

Exactly. And one would argue that those songs cancel each other out. Bobby got lucky and then did everything in his power to reverse that luck (like an idiot). Milly Rock is just a hype club song and maybe it not popping is for its own good tho. Look how the Shmoney Dance got so damn corny when CACs started running with it.
