My first time hearing was on a mixtape like 10-12 years ago

fukk the doctor, that nikka ain't saving you :wow:.

From his inception there was no way I could see him as a super star. Especially with his name, the nikka was just too rough . I'm surprised he reach the level he reached now.

Plus he was Damm near his thirties or already in his 30s when he came out, not including his ties with ruff ryders.

bogus unmarketable name
one of the original look at me attention deficit having rappers that ushered in trolling
his whole shtick is funny if you are immature
realized he played himself tried to rebrand as Lenny G but it was too late. the end.

you pretty much nailed it, plus his bars reeked of laziness on bigger songs. fukked up by not signing to G-Unit when they were popping. Could be been much bigger had he.

Obnoxious voice, no hits to go with the co signs, ugly af, too violent, etc.
Unless your are a woman, him being ugly is irrelevant. If you are willingly identifying a man as ugly, have the same courage to share with thecoli men that you find beautiful. One cannot go without other.

I see a bunch of people saying he's wack....which is true....but a gang of wack rappers have had successful careers over the years.

The fact of the matter is he had virtually nothing going for him, beside shock value street raps. Wasn't very good, wasn't very marketable, couldn't cater to the ladies, didn't make catchy music....there was really no angle for him to capitalize on.

Uncle Murda is that uncle/cousin that you see every family reunion that got everybody laughing, bringing up old funny stories. You enjoy him that one day out the year and don't think about him until next family reunion.

That's pretty much his end of year rap-up. Other than that, it can be grating.

There is nothing about him that would appeal to mainstream fans.

You also need the women to fukk with your music to become a star.

That street rapper lane was crowded as fukk. Uncle Murda had a cool gimmick but it lacked substance. Even legit rappers like Lloyd banks ans Styles P had to change their style up to stay relevant.

He shot at the police and rappers nowadays are the police.

Not a cultural fit.
