I cook 90% of my food and I workout 4-5x a week. And I work 8-5 with an hour long commute each way. Its like a woman's interest in you. If a chick really fukks with you she will never make excuses not to see you. Avoiding :flabbynsick:ness is the same damn thing. All about what you really want and what you will do to achieve it.

it's tough.

That's why I sometimes go to the gym during lunch break sometimes because once I get of from work, Im done.

Also try walking around after every 2 hours.

Im even questioning whether 9-5 is really for me

yea bruh it happened to me you gotta stop eating bruh if you not gyming regularly atleast dont go over your food limit

lol, you better adjust or be consumed. Try to wake up early and work out and eat a big healthy breakfast. Then either pack a lunch or carry snacks with you to get you through the day, you gotta cut out fast food both for your health and your wallet. In time you'll deal with it. Weed has always helped me cope especially after work, that shyt is perfect for those moments.

It's so hard to eat healthy in a corporate setting, so I just said fukk it. I ether take a nap or go to the gym for my lunch hour.

8-5 is the a great shift to stay healthy IMO. If you are a morning person you can wake up and do some cardio, cook your own breakfast and pack a lunch before going to work.


Its cool to keep snacks at your desk just make sure they are healthy, I keep peanut butter, almonds, and bananas at my desk, and additional fruit, chicken salad, and water in the fridge for snacks.

Getting off at 5 gives you time to go to the gym after work and come home and eat dinner and prepare meals for the week etc...

You can't stay healthy on a 8am-5pm shift then its you doing it terribly wrong.
