I watched that video of that high school in Virginia on the last day of school in 1994 and the kids age wise looked the same then as they do now. I graduated high school in 2016.

The dudes then look the same as now but they were wearing baggier clothing and might've been a little taller. They even had the same hairstyles

The girls back then facial wise looked the same as they do now. The only thing I WILL say is that teenage girls nowadays have way more developed bodies and wear more tighter clothing than they did in 1994. But to be fair, the girls back then might have been just as physically developed but they didn't show their bodies off as much
