Let me tell you guys a story.

My cousin's brother in law used to stay with him and his wife(when he was a student), in a mixed neighborhood.
Dude socialized with a lot of white guys. They would all come through his neighborhood blasting music when they were rolling in or out together.
I pulled him to the side, and asked him to pay attention to what the volume level is when those white kids are pulling up on the blocks in the cities where their parent's homes were.

Never told my cousin about the conversation, but he told me later that his bro in law and his friends stopped the stupid shyt.

I've lived around blacks, whites, and Mexicans and see this way more with our people. Usually if I'm at a stop light or hear somebody outside blasting it's usually somebody black. I was about that life when I was younger but knew when and where to do it.

Now when it comes to actual residential areas I'd say Mexicans are by far the loudest. Them some loud ass people.

This ain't saying white people can't be loud or don't blast loud music at times. Just saying that in my own experience I haven't seen it happen nearly as much. I think a difference too is that I haven't seen white people have the systems to go with their loud music so their shyt don't carry near as far.
