Why do Black People from the Eastcoast think they're better than other Black People?

Not everyone from these Elite regions are bullys and not every cat from them country towns is lame and feels inferior to anyone

Of course it's not EVERYONE on the Eastcoast.

But as someone whose spent time living on all sides of the U.S., I notice it's the ones from the Eastcoast who seem to turn their noses up at other black people the most.

not me but the south is too quiet for me and driving every where can be annoying.
I think the fact is and im guilty of this, is that NY spoiled me bad. I hate waiting through long rides to go way out to get something,

Honestly it really is the accents. When I lived in North Florida I just felt a big disconnect from black folks cuz we talked different. It's like southerners either:

A) talk slower
B) take longer to reply or just don't know how to reply back
C) reply to everything with a face like everything you're telling them is brand new
D) don't understand a lot of smart witty jokes and sarcasm
D) have passionate strong opinions about things without knowing all the information about it

A southern dude will have a strong opinion and rant about idk let's say Uber for example. He'll say something along the lines of "Uber is destroying our community" or "Uber drivers are taking all the jobs" or some blanket statement like that but have no idea why he feels that way or have a real argument to it but will rant on real passionately about it and in your head you're just like
