Our Mexicans neighbors were loud when they summon together outside and drink liquor all day, but for the most part they were kool with me and my peeps. Maybe you experience some hostility from them, but other people have different experience in developing a cordial relationship with the Hispanics.

As long as America is a multicultural society you'll have various groups competing against the other for resources. For some odd reason many Black's have fostered this notion the other people of "color" are on their side.
