Maybe I missed it but I have yet to see Hispanics being vocal on police issues yet every black person makes sure they mention "black and Brown". I've never seen,Hispanics March for anything on their own and mention blacks. Would we not be better off as only speaking for, ourselves abd anyone else facing the issue we simply pass them the Mic to speak?
There are most def cool Hispanics and people of every race but Hispanics will most def let you know we aren't,the same all while calling you the N word.

Is it that if blacks only address themselves we won't have the platform anymore? Or are blacks simply such a righteous people that our goodness is what causes us to be exploited by EVERYONE?
You're just paranoid.

Black americans in general tend to have the "all we got is us/noone cares about us" mentality as if they have no allies. While we may differ and bump heads in many ways other blacks and latinos tend to support black americans in their plight for justice. Because in a way we're brothers. But also because you guys are the closest there is to any group overthrowing white supremacy OF THIS ERA. At least thats the way i see it

Even in south Africa correct me if I'm wrong cats were fighting for EQUALITY and not that whites need to get the hell out of there. Like I said correct me if I'm wrong but it amazes me how peaceful and,Godly we are but the Devil used tribalism to,make us hate each other and, sell each other, out.

And eff that brother nonsense, a mofo black as night from the DR will tell me he ain't black and call me the N,word. I'm not for this brotherly love stuff I just feel people of every color should be,against injustice.

Them cacs got us fighting each other but brown people are just indian, black, and white. Some of em just black. Some just Indian. We should be allies. Both of us got fukked over bad.

Like in the media everyone focusing on Cosby like how can he moral police and rapist. Meanwhile fukking North Korea filing papers in UN calling us anti human rights due to Ferguson. Who's moral dissonance means more Cosby or the United States? But we talking about?

A lot of that shyt is opportunism etc. But we should be strategic with our allies. If it's convenient or we have converging interests we should team up. Cuba stays in Africa helping out with Ebola and troops when US wouldn't touch South Africa or Congo. Indeed, when US was making shyt worse. Castro and Che stayed at a black hotel in Harlem when they spoke at the UN. Met Malcolm X.

Nothing wrong with linking up as long as we keep our eye on the end game and remember the limited purposes we are linking up for in the first place.

Latinos and Hispanics who support us are the minority not the majority. So while I agree that we should respect the minority who supports us we should also act accordingly to the majority who hate us.

but...but..but...it's just one rally!!!! :comeon:

You said you NEVER seen exactly what i just showed you....which only took me like 2-3 minutes pull up..now that you've seen it, shall we lock this thread now? :sas1:
You didnt disprove what breh said in the OP though

His main point was when they're championing THEIR OWN issues they dont include blacks.

Trayvon Martin didnt start as a "brown" issue that they included blacks in, just an issue they realized that they could become a victim of too the same way a black did

Not disagreeing or agreeing but dont those rallying pics dont exactly disprove OPs point breh

You're gonna see what you wanna see but yes they are the minority but doesnt meant they are not there. Just like blacks are the minority in this country but still there and still need to be accounted for. But listening to some of you talk it seems some of you guys think everyone who is breathing is out to get you

And eff that brother nonsense, a mofo black as night from the DR will tell me he ain't black and call me the N,word.
I thought you guys said it was a "term of endearment", tho?

Actually the second part of my posts addresses that:
So while I agree that we should respect the minority who supports us we should also act accordingly to the majority who hate us.
Meaning we should take note of the minority who support us but still make it clear that we are aware of the racist majority at all times.

Travel to other countries in south and central america, breh. You'll notice other people (latinos and other blacks) are more likely to welcome blacks than whites. Whites are welcomed for business purpose because they knw thats who brings money to spend (at least by perception). But You will find that people get more comfortable around you as a black person than they ever will a white man. And im speaking from experience

Can anybody show me a predominately black crowd protesting or leading a rally for some sort of injustice that happened to an hispanic, or a pro-hispanic cause...like i posted with the Trayvon rally :ohhh:

Sadly, i doubt any such thing has ever occured.
