Mandela pleaded guilty in an apartheid court under apartheid law, both of which were absolutely illegitimate so far as goverment goes. Those people were as innocent as the German citizenry were when the British bombed Dresden. Mandela is as guilty as any commander was that day when he fought against Nazi aggression and oppression. By which I mean: not guilty of anything but defending his nation and people against the helldogs of Europe.
