Why do cacs who can speak Spanish think they're not white?

Latin America is actually a mulatto society.
But race is their classism in there.

It’s not mulattos, lots of white immigrants (Germans, Italians, Arabs), white looking Latinos, mulattos, mestizos, and indigenous people. In Argentina (where they exterminated black folk) and Chile they’d consider someone that’s mulatto black whereas in other countries that may not be the case. I was classified as black in Chile but “pardo” in Brazil and mulatto in Panama while I spent some time there. It depends on how large the black/mulatto population is.

nikka you prob never grew up in mixed neighborhood and think all Hispanics or latinos are mexicans. Must be from the west or southwest.

It’s not mulattos

I was badly short-handing the idea of "mixed of various races (or multicultural) society" substituting with the word mulatto.
I didn't think it as literal as I had typed it.

Never noticed this I guess it's the American thing. The real Spanish cacs say that they are white/red folk in Europe. Yo these Dominicans in the east coast need to drop that "Spanish" title, you don't see Angolans or Brazilians claiming to be Portuguese unless they were born there or they got granted citizenship in Portugal.
