There's a difference between willfully using microorganisms as weapons and saying that existing viruses and bacteria were created in a lab out of thin air by white people. The latter is foolishness.
The reason why I said the latter is reflective of a c00nish mentality is because not only does is reflect a gross ignorance of biology, but it is reinforcing black ignorance and inferiority implied by white supremacy by assigning magical powers to white people.
I remember I was watching some C-SPAN Q & A with Michael Eric Dyson once and some guy said that white people can control the weather and they purposely steered hurricane Katrina to the 5th ward of New Orleans.
That's the same scary superstitious negro mentality that white people claimed to have played to when they started dressing up like ghosts in the KKK.
Of course back in those days black people had no access to education. No excuse for that today. We have enough access to information today.
People sometimes act like white people have superpowers out of ignorance when you can educate yourself and understand the application of science.
Another reason why Jermaine Shoemake's speech was reflective of a c00nish mentality imo because as he was rambling about all those dumb medical conspiracies, he kept describing them as the sole work of the white man. There are doctors and scientists of all races. There are black biomedical engineers and researchers who are contributing to the body of medical knowledge. We've had a black Surgeon General before.
Jermaine Shoemake's narrative disregards their existence and tells his audience it's all a scary magical white man who has mystical abilities beyond your comprehension, so just be scared.
Weather engineering is real. But that's besides the point.
The reason we say it's the white man doing this is because, other than that one c00n of the year winner, black doctors aren't evil Goebbels like sociopaths.
Saying the white man is responsible for something doesn't mean that black people are incapable of it. That's a ridiculously stupid argument.
