It's even more offensive to people who actually play basketball. Things I don't understand about college basketball.
- I understand that your roster is always in flux and your recruiter is supposed to recruit players that fit your play style, but why is it that certain coaches in college never adjust to their personnel?
- If you are losing the game, why are you using 20-25 seconds of the shot clock every possession
- If your bigs clearly suck then why do you keep going into the post?
- Why do certain coaches run only zone defense without any sort of adjustments, making their team predictable to attack offensively (even though the opposing coach is too scared to attack it)?
- Coaches seem to have set minutes for every player that rarely seems to change, they seem to have no ability to evaluate the talents of their roster, leading to players that are clearly better sitting on the bench
- Why is the 3 point line shorter than the NBA's, contrary to popular opinion, it doesn't help players make shots
- Why is it that if you go to the college's gym to play pickup basketball, there's players out there that are much more skilled than the members of the team
- Why is it that walk ons are frowned upon by coaches regardless of their talents and what they bring to the team
