Underrated post here.

I know a few married couples that have been together 15-20 years and have separate rooms.

The marriages are healthy and it works for them.

My grandpa and my step grandma were married for over 40 years until she passed away and they slept in seperate rooms the majority of their marriage because my grandpas snoring is god awful loud and she was a really light sleeper

When I was young and in love I could have slept together on a couch.

If you're feeling it like that then you want them right there as much as possible.

As a mature adult I don't want to even try to figure out which side of the bed, snoring, all that shyt. Fukc that. I don't even wanna live together if there's ANY complications (kids etc).

They're going to make themselves sick, if they aren't already.

Nah they cool like I said it's been basically 20 years since they have not slept in the. The house is paid off so don't think either one wants to move. They are aboit 55-56.

I couldn't do it but it's seemed to work for them for YEARS
