Why do digital albums cost the same as physical albums?

Physical releases . It would be dope if more money went to the artists for virtual sales since there is no packaging costs, but of course they don't.

Have to go through the trouble of driving to Best Buy. If you want to transfer it on your phone have to save it , then upload.

Digital cuts all that shyt out

Not to mention you can have a broken ass radio in your car, cd player or tape deck don't work but as long as you got a radio transmitter you can still listen to it. Can't do that with CDs

Most people including myself are listening to music through there phone.

I have livemixtapes, Spotify and iTunes music on my phone and can just plug an aux cord into it or if your car doesn't have that a radio transmitter and listen to whatever I want. Whenever I want. Can't do that with CDs.

Same reason why one can of soda costs a dollar, but a case of 12 only coast 5 or 6.

A bottle of poland spring costs 1 dollar, a case of 32 can be sold for 7.99 at times.

It's does within the app and you don't even have to have an account

Just hit that green check mark button next to the blue one, downloads the tape (it will be a a downward arrow for tapes not already downloaded) then click on that icon at the bottom, last one all the way to the right and all your downloads are right there. And if you don't want it anymore just click that check mark again and you can delete. It's extremely convenient

i would rather have the artist give away the album for free and just leave a donation link on their main website. that way, the consumer can put down x amount of money and there would be no limit either
