You've got to have a small face to pull off short hair. At least smaller than your haircut looks. Event Lupita Nyongo can pull of really short hair because her hair doesn't make her head look big. I can't word this right, but I like the way a woman's neck looks with her head.

I've never seen my mom with hair past her shoulders, she's always rocked a short haircut. it would be weird to come home one day and see her with long hair.

Its all in the face shape. I say the same thing about natural haired women with longcurly hair. Some chicks pull back that long hair are still beautfil but something about their face shape that gets hidden from hair makes them less attractive. Some women have immaculate face shapes tho and are able to draw the most attentjon to their faces.

Thats really all personal style is. First playing down your weaknesses or using that weakness to be unique and drawing attention to the strengths

All depends on the woman. Of late I've been seeing more and more women with short hair that I found crazy attractive. My ex can't pull it off at all though. She used to have hair down to her back and looked beautiful with it. Then she went to the half shaved the other part short as shyt look and it just threw off the facial features. With some others the short hair can bring out their features.
