The in shape thing is definitely overblown. Being in great shape will impress another man before it does a woman. Avg build is usually preferred. Long as a man looks decent in some basic cloths he can eat if he has decent personality and nice face

You don't need muscles/a perfect hairline, but it obviously helps makes things easier and opens the door. You can get a girlfriend without it, but you can get that girlfriend quicker/get more girls quicker with it.

If people were honest to children about this we'd live in a much different world in terms of dating. Women are just as if not more superficial than men at least early in meeting/dating/courtship. I see women give me glances now, but I drive a nice car and keep clear skin, when I'm walking or iso in a club or a bar, etc. not so much.

Once I add more muscle I'd expect an easier time with broads for sex.

All it comes down to is maximizing the template you've been given (your body and quality of life). It's all you can do, but it should be done for self with hoes coming as a side effect.
