Females keep one or two in their crew because it's like having a guy they friend-zoned (someone to fawn over them and occasionally do them favors), a male perspective (I said male, not masculine), and a feminine personality to shop with or confide in or whatever... and a 0% chance of dealing with if the guy wants to fukk them or not.

It takes a while to be comfortable around men, specifically ones that are interested in you as more than friends and especially if you have a drop of insecurity (most women do). So yes, it's easier to be around a faq or any dude you have friend-zoned. You don't have the same pressures.
