Why do folks say "white people do it too" when you bring up problems in the BLACK community?

It's done because buzzwords like "black on black" crime is commonplace in American lexicon as if we are genetically predisposed to kill each other yet"white on white" crime is never mentioned when they kill each other.

I think it's about like when we try to talk about police brutality or something somebody might say "but what about whatever violence happens in the black community!". I'm that instance there's no point in bringing that up because it happens in white communities too.
