Why do girls lie about them being darkskinned as the reason men don't like them?

to be fair, I think breasts are sexualized (although they shouldn't be).
Think about all the women that get shyt for breastfeedinign in public. (Why is it an issue?) Rihanna got her IG account temp suspended because she had pics with her nipples showing. (And people reported her). Yet no men (afaik) have gotten their accounts suspended for posting topless pics.

But to be on topic,
Are there some dark skinned women getting looked over because their skin color? Yes
Are there some dark skinned women getting looked over because they're ugly? Yes

When Lil Wayne said "bytch would look better red" I'm sure there are some men that agreed with that sentiment.

But if a guy doesn't like me because I'm dark skinned, it's not my loss. :yeshrug:
:mjlol: You wanna make them more mad in here? LMAO

She got banned for nudity. Men are considered nude once they start showing dikk and women are considered nude when they start showing t*ts and p*ssy. That isn't a fault of breasts being sexualized. Women have to walk a finer line because of social constructs i.e. the bolded in my post is a general consensus for most of the world.

"Some" is also the main word here:coffee:.

I think it's because {women's} breasts are sexualized. Why can a man post topless, but a woman can't? Men and women have breasts. But it's okay for me to show theirs and not women.

This is the pic Rihanna got suspended for, she's not "nude", she's topless.

Topless is considered nude for women and I just explained why:skip:. Please don't act like men being shirtless is the same as women being shirtless because we both know it's not.

Because men and women aren't the same.

The Comfort Zone
I think its two separate issues.
One is literally a very real issue with colorism and some dudes being major disrespectful about their "preferences". I'm talking nikkas saying over and over and over and over and over and over and over again how they just don't like dark butts. Or literally trying to force u to like light skin people and accusing u of lying if u don't b/c they just can't BELIEVE that u might have a "preference" for darker skin.
Or telling blk chicks she pretty for a dark chick.
Or saying shyt like dark chicks are masculine or loud. Or it's rare to see a pretty one.

I could go on. But if u have never encountered this dynamic in our community, it's hard to understand. I've literally seen grown ass straight men hate on a beautiful dark skin chick like they were females. shyt used to happen in college. And I wondered what the fukk was going on. Because most men appreciate or wanna fukk. But when it comes to showing love for a dark skin chick shyt got complicated. It's almost like c00ns were projecting their own hate of their skintone onto her and was ashamed of her shine.

Crazy thing is I'm not even dark skin and I notice the shyt. Some dudes have a totally different set of standards for women based off skintone. Like a dark chick could be a dyme in the face and body but be ranked a 6 or a 7 in comparison to a light skin chick.

Trust me they not just pretending or using c00ning as a crutch. Also even other races of people notice it too. (As if they not guilty of the same thing.)
But yeah there are some dudes who will even admit to growing out of "it" and by it I mean an irrational disdain for darkness on a female. Lmao!

But yeah not every chick talking about this is making it up. And if u gotta look like Tina Sumpter to not experience bullshyt then that kinda proves what they are saying. But carry on.

Yep.

I think people mix up unfair judgement/disrespect with "not being chosen"

Attractive dark skinned women are being chosen but may have received unfair judgement and disrespect (which is the bigger issue).

They align with their unattractive dark skinned cohorts, who are also receiving the same treatment, and aren't being chose on top of that.

Unattractive women don't want to identify themselves as unattractive, so they appropriate the much bigger issue of colorism, into why they can't find a man.

Everybody (including women) knows the real deal, but lets these women vent.

Exactly.
