But to answer OP question the reason hoes have so much clout it's because the liberals made it unacceptable to shame these type of women. Back in the day if you was a hoe you were shamed and disowned by the entire community. There was a code of conduct that was set in place to deter this type of behavior. Fast forward today being a hoe is glamorous ex. Kim K, Amber Rose, Blac Chyna etc. and you can make a lot of money and get a TV deal behaving like a hoe.
