During the 17th century in the colonies men died of illness more than women so much that there was a widocracy where wealth was passed through the woman.
My guess it has to do with female hormones and the ability to give birth

A lot reasons but mainly because of lifestyle women get screened and checkups more regularly. Diet and exercise helps as well. Women legit take care of their health it’s not even close. I work with older adults and 97% of my client contacts are women.
