Why do I feel less anxious after a good workout?

So I’m usually quite reserved and I suppose a bit shy by nature. Usually when I’m walking in public, I’m kinda low key, head slightly bowed, nervous, avoid eye contact etc...
But after a good gym session, it’s almost like I’m a completely different person :ohhh:. Suddenly I walk with swagger, posture upright, make eye contact with everyone, eager to engage in conversation and I feel supremely self confident. I’m just basically the complete opposite of my real personality, and I didn’t even have to take drugs to get there, just a good ol gym session. shyt is :mindblown:
