Ive started working out, maybe thats it
i sleep around 5 hours a day
working out should make you sleep better, i doubt thats it.

my advice would be to relax before going to bed, maybe drink some warm milk or tea. If its something that suddenly started happening with no discernable cause it might be due to the changes in seasons or something. Its crucial to know what you feel like when you wake up, groggy or rested?

The late Mrs Thatcher? ex british PM.,probably the best one post war we have had, she ran a country for years on 4 hours sleep a night, some people just need less sleep than others. And if you worry about not getting a certain amount each night, I guarantee you that will keep you awake.

I remember when I started training I read one of arnolds books ,and he said you need 8 hours sleep to build muscle, and at the time I was getting 6 at most, I started to worry about it and got down to a couple of hours a night. .. Well in the end I thought fukk sleep if I sleep I sleep if I don't I guess I don't need any, and guess what I went to sleep and slept 6 hours a night again. And I built muscle well, I love the man,but arnold told quite a bit of bullshyt in his time.
