Why do I take such messy shyts after meals?

idk if you’re being sincere or just immature enough to think “doo doo” threads are cute...but I will assume the former
the answer is more than likely your diet
when I would sometimes get busy/tired caught up in work I’d eat out more or eat a lot of processed food...as a result I’d spend more time in the bathroom
when I’d cook my own food...and stuck to a “cleaner” diet (baking/broiling meat or fish...vegetables and rice)...I’d spend considerably less time in the bathroom “cleaning up”...so yes diet is a huge factor
