Why do Jamaicans have the worst costumer service ?

Thinking getting bad customer service for overpriced food is cool brehs..

Nobody expects to get coddled but Im not trying to get bad service for a $12 large oxtail that full of bones and rice


I’m not trying to be friendly but damn atleast crack a smile and speak when people walk in...

Good customer service and consistency takes you a long way...word to the GOAT Chick-fil-A...

People complaining about customer service in spots that they continue to patronize are circus clowns without the makeup.

Two things I respect about Jamaicans in general.
1) When this thread comes up again and again, or in real life when the topic comes up, Jamaicans who don't have that personality trait do not lie and say that there aren't segments of their people who display that kind of behavior. They don't bury their heads in the sand about it even if they personal don't get down like that.
2) The segment of their culture who are in fact rude and obnoxious treat EVERYBODY that way......their fellow yardman, yankee or if queen elizabeth walks into their spot....she would get the exact same treatment. There are rude merchants of other ethnicities, but they act differently with white customers, or with customers from different cultures. They show off the full set of 32 teeth for mr charlie. ahahahahaaaaah

Man there is a place in Nola, man these nikkas, waitresses are the worst, so i usually get take out, and it’s ok, I’ve had way better, but the worst be when you find you a good Jamaican spot, and try and get more oxtail gravy

I went to one of the OG Dutch Pots down here and they used to give me half fried chicken, half brown stew, no probs, shyt was delicious!

I go to another location which is now another OG location, the girl gives me what I ask for, manager starts tripping on her for it. The chicken meals are the same price. I tell the manager the other place does it and they hook me up and then shes like "OHHHH dey oooook yuh up" with a dry ass stare and tone.... like I just ain't ring up 20 dollars worth of food for myself to eat. Wanted to fling my Ting Bokkle at her head and walk out.

Only rice and peas i had was skr8 bland.


I had to throw some damn hot sauce to try and make it edible.
Its like they just boiled rice and beans and plated it.

They didn't trim the meat and thry clearly just put a few peas in the rice after the fact as the rice takes on the peas colour if cooked properly

In my experience..Jamaicans are the only ones who DON'T switch up. I respect them for that.

There's only one or two Jamaican spots I frequent, one has this woman, gotta be like 50 but she got a giant donk and the best jerk chicken around. Only problem is you gotta be prepared to wait abour 45-1hr. So worth it though. Otherwise, I'm getting Trini Food.
