A woman being older does not equal a completely different way of thinking compared to younger women. The two main reasons a man would want a younger woman besides her physical looks are that she is most fertile when she is younger, and a woman who has had sex with many men will have more baggage (trust issues, slut tendencies, mental illness, judgemental, comparing you to all her EXs) and will be more likely to break up with you over some bs.

This. Lately through my work I've had to deal with all kinds of people. The younger chicks almost always have a very positive, feminine energy and usually the young ones who don't have the same vibe seem like they lost that from living that too much of that slut/party lifestyle.
