Telling people to change something physical or get their money up is way better than telling them to just be more confident.

I think it depends on where a Man gets his confidence.

Some Men get their confidence front the quality Woman they are in a relationship with.

Because it's brain dead simple advice that isn't really helpful. If someone has low self esteem then it's useless to tell them to just be confident and accept themselves. They need to know why they have low self esteem and figure out how to overcome their issues. When people talk about being confident it's like they expect people to turn it on like a light switch. Improving your self esteem and confidence doesn't happen over night.

Maybe some people are just a lost cause There's women with no curves, dudes that are ugly as fukk, etc and they will never change or accept it. Maybe that's just how they are. Telling them to accept it and get over it won't help
