I really havent seen that in real life. The only time I can think of a man probably grabbing the back of a womans neck is when they trying to get some head or getting some head...
Other than that I can't say that shyt is common.

Really? It's something I see all the time. I see plenty of affection too.
The guy I just saw do it, did it very lightly. I think he coupled it with a small massage. It's usually not some that happens more than half a minute.
I got to see some examples of this.
Actually no Americans really don't show affection in public compared to other western countries.
