Why do men take child support so personally?

A child support lawyer can't do anything.

The females gonna get custody pretty much no matter what happens.

And once she gets custody they're gonna force you to pay the going rate, a percentage of your income, no matter what. You have no legal recourse. A child support lawyer can't stop the inevitable. Best you can do is fight for custody, and 9/10 you're not gonna get custody.

According to DivorcePeers.com, the majority of child custody cases are not decided by the courts.

• In 51 percent of custody cases, both parents agreed -- on their own -- that mom become the custodial parent.

• In 29 percent of custody cases, the decision was made without any third party involvement.

• In 11 percent of custody cases, the decision for mom to have custody was made during mediation.

• In 5 percent of custody cases, the issue was resolved after a custody evaluation.

• Only 4 percent of custody cases went to trial and of that 4 percent, only 1.5 percent completed custody litigation.

In other words, 91 percent of child custody after divorce is decided with no interference from the family court system. How can there be a bias toward mothers when fewer than 4 percent of custody decisions are made by the Family Court?

Like I said nikkas is full of shyt, and to make things worse, broke and busting nuts raw in women they want absolutely nothing to do with, with the supposed knowledge that if they have a kid they are getting screwed. Then these same dudes turn around and "blame the system" when the only logical consequences of their actions happen. This child support shyt is like seeing your homie brain dead after shooting himself in the head, then grabbing a gun, shooting yourself, and "blaming the gun industry" OK, maybe the courts are fukked up, and there are a lot of women who are broke opportunistic thots. That still doesnt answer the question of why nikkas are busting in these chicks raw. If child support + having a kid by a random dude is a come up for a woman why would u have sex with her at all, let alone with no protection

If u cant afford a measly $430 a month for your kid maybe you shouldnt be out there busting in women w/no condom.

Funny thing..if the parents are together .. the general necesities are far lower than 430 a month.. its always the extra wants that drive that cost WAY higher...

If the mother is caring for the child 80% of the time, providing shelter, food, homework help, rides to school or whatever...why complain about the 20% you're giving in the form on child support and weekend visits?

To play devil's advocate.... some of the time that 80% is paid by tax dollars in the form of section 8, other rent subsidies, food stamps etc..

I have a tenant who refuses to work because she gets more money being in the system... I get paid 950 a month in rent from PA, she get stamps and etc... she's getting almost 1500-200 a month paid.... then she's gettign child support...

If the children are in daycare, then the cost is probably more than 3 times that amount for daycare alone.

I don't understand what you mean by don't need it? Should men not also financially contribute to their child's lives (that same way that mothers do)?

Man I mentioned above was married. He had a very well-paying job. So no "broke ass", no "going raw in random chicks". He did fight to get shared custody. He also fought the CS arrangement, testified when legislation came up to change the way fathers petitions for custody and cs are managed. He still got shafted repeatedly. He may be a minority to many/most?, but he represents a lot of fathers whose stories are dismissed in favor of the "broke, bum, absent fathers" narrative.

Stats are stats... unless u have a more unbiased source with more robust data

Im just tired of dudes giving up control and then complaining when shyt doesnt go their way. U dont want to get hit with child support or run through the family court system, easiest way would be to be more careful about who you bust in raw Right or wrong? Of the courts, come-up thots, and where your dikk shoots semen, which do you have the most control over? Seems logical to me for brehs to be focusing on what they can control.
