I think it's cute in a way, because it lets me see his vulnerable side. I have great men in my life, they're funny, smart and protective of me. When I see them really sick enough to complain, it actually makes me feel good to have them come talk to me and tell me what's going on.
The only men I actually cater to when sick are my brothers and dad since I'm single, but I took care of my ex when he got very sick a few times while we were dating. I will still check on my male friends when they're sick, just because I care.
I'm extremely nurturing, so if anyone is hurting, I will try to comfort them. It's second nature to me and probably comes from the fact that I'm the oldest sister, a woman, and "mom" in my group of friends. Can't help it, I gotta at least try to take care of my people and especially my man (more so than usual) when he's sick.

When I say taken care of I don't mean hoverover to me its just whatever he wants. Everybody is different some people just appreciate being checked on and some people want to be rubbed down with vicks. Some people would just prefer* you stopped by and brought soup and juice and left it by the bed or on the counter.
