You're living bougie.

In the end its worth it.

I can walk to:
- work ( before I was spending on average 2 - 3hrs a day on the highway, reduction in car insurance, I was spending about $300 - $350 on Gas every month, Less stress, less than 5 minutes from work to home if I drive. my paid off car will last longer ,did I mention less stress ? lol. Yeah I get off at 3pm everyday, but if I don't get home til almost 5, its pointless. )
- supermarket
- Gym( Currently the Gym is an hour away. Starting tomorrow... I can almost see it from my apartment ).
- Target
- a ton of food places
- The movie theater
- Barnes & Nobles

My son lives in Gaithersburg , so on Fridays I would have to drive further into MO county to pick him up and then drive to Baltimore( about 1.5hrs on a good day ), and I would have to drive my son back home on Sundays ( 2hrs of my day gone ). I can also now wake up later, instead of waking up at 4:30 to be to work for 6:30. I can wake up at 6am if I really wanted to. With more free time and not as tired from driving all day, I can focus on my company/side projects.

The biggest benefit? I'm 10 minutes away from my son, so we can do more things together now. All together my rent is like $1400 - $1500, but its worth it. This is the closets to somebody buying time and less stress.:smugdraper:
