Producers catalogs always sounded 90% the same as all their other beats.

Dre, Havoc, RZA, Scott,Ye all had periods where they wer basically making the same beat over n over

all the Boom Bap producers didn't use the EXACT same drum sounds. even when they used the same drums or loops like Synthetic Substitution or Skull Snaps, they had their own EQs etc on it, rarely would anyone use an unaltered drum loop. the shyt these days all has the same 808 sounds.

obviously each producer has a certain sound. that's why we listen to them. Because we want to hear that particular sound. AM ilooking for west coast sounds on a Premo playlist? no. Am i looking for boom bap while trying to explore Big KRITs discography? obviously not. So really what's your point?
