i was at the gym yesterday evening and while im doing my intense sets some puerto rican white passing dude wants to randomly start lecturing me on the use of the n-word right after we just introduced. i was just uh-huh ing his lecture but then he uses that as permission to start his pivot about “neoliberals” with zero criticism on the right-wing, neo-nazi shyt. just listening to himself talk. he’s the type of person to try to be hip with us by immediately giving us talks about struggle and violence and shyt. bro who said i came from struggle or am violent and why do you immediately jump to these n-word discussions?
and trying to counsel me on what/what not to do.

My opinion is to just stop using the n-word in a casual/slang term. It can easily be replaced by other words.
It really serves no benefit at this point. We are the only people that do this then are surprised or offended when other groups start to use it.
